1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

To be eligible, the game must be returned in its original packaging, unused (or only minimally used), with all components and documentation included.

Games that show significant wear, damage, missing parts, or are not in resalable condition may be refused or incur a restocking deduction.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Log in to your account, go to “My Orders,” select the order in question and click “Request Return/Refund.”

Provide your order number, reason for return, and condition of the product.

Our team will review and send you a return authorization and instructions (including return shipping label if applicable).

Pack the game securely in its original packaging or equivalent, attach the return label, and ship using the instructed method.
3. Refund Conditions & Timing

Once we receive the returned item and verify it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (or store credit if requested and permitted).

Shipping fees paid at time of purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).

If there is a deduction (for restocking or condition issues), you will be notified in writing, and the refund amount will reflect the deduction.
4. Exchanges / Replacements

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request an exchange instead of a refund.

5. Change of Mind Returns

Returns based on “change of mind” are permitted within the 30-day window, provided the game is unopened or in like-new condition.

In such cases, return shipping may be at your cost, and we reserve the right to charge a small restocking fee if the condition is outside “new-resalable” standards.
